Project Management and Implementation

I served as the Project Manager for this project. The design was developed by Karma Wood, bringing an immersive and thematic dining experience to life.

Implementation & Execution

Throughout the project, I was responsible for overseeing the entire process, ensuring that all elements were seamlessly integrated into the design vision:

• Furniture Design & Customization:
  Unique, thematic furniture pieces inspired by the grand, medieval-fantasy concept of the restaurant.
  Elegant seating solutions, including plush dining chairs and banquet-style arrangements.
  Grand centerpiece tables with intricate detailing to enhance the immersive atmosphere.

• Technical Drawings & Production:
  Preparation of highly detailed shop drawings for all fixed and movable furniture elements.
  Coordination with production teams to maintain design accuracy and high-quality craftsmanship.

• Custom Decorative Elements & Interior Details:
  Installation of elaborate wooden and metal accents reflecting the medieval-fantasy theme.
  Design and production of decorative panels, archways, and detailed wall finishes.
  Implementation of integrated lighting solutions within furniture pieces to enhance ambiance.

• Installation & On-Site Execution:
  Precision-driven installation of all furniture and architectural elements.
  Ensuring structural stability and visual harmony across all dining spaces.
  Coordination with contractors and designers to achieve a flawless execution of the concept.

Scope of Work

• Fixed & Movable Furniture: Custom-designed seating, tables, and thematic furnishings.

• Interior Architectural Details: Unique design features, including medieval-inspired arches, intricate wooden carvings, and luxurious finishes.

By carefully managing every phase of the project, I ensured that Eternia Restaurant became a fully immersive and visually stunning dining experience, aligning with the grand vision of The Land of Legends.
