Project Management and FF&E Implementation

The project design was initially developed by The McBride Company and subsequently refined and integrated into the hotel by Arketipo. As the Project Manager at Karma Wood, I was responsible for overseeing and managing the following aspects of the project:

• Shop Drawings: Preparation and coordination of detailed technical drawings for all furniture elements.

• Furniture Production: Supervising the manufacturing of high-quality furniture tailored to the project's unique design specifications.

• Furniture Implementation: Ensuring the accurate installation and integration of furniture in key areas, including:Thematic Spaces: SpongeBob, Ninja Turtles, Star Trek, Dora, and Paw Patrol areas.
  Presidential Suite: Custom-designed furniture for luxury accommodations.
  Corridors: Elegant and functional furniture solutions for transitional spaces.
  

Through meticulous attention to detail and coordination with the design team, I ensured the delivery of furniture elements that aligned seamlessly with the creative vision and functional requirements of the project.
