Project Management and Full-Scope Implementation

I served as the Project Manager for the Maxx Royal Kemer Hotel project. The design was created by the renowned architectural firm GEO_ID.

Scope of Work:
The project involved comprehensive implementation, encompassing both rough and fine works, including:

• Structural Works: Formwork and concrete applications.

• Interior Finishes: Ceramic tiling, mirror installations, and detailed interior finishes.

• Metal and Steel Works: Heavy and light steel structures.

• Furniture and Fixtures: Design, production, and installation of movable and fixed furniture.

• Curtain Systems: Installation of custom curtain solutions.

• Roof Insulation: Comprehensive roof insulation systems for long-term durability.
