Project Management & Implementation

I served as the Shop Drawing & Furniture Project Lead, overseeing the detailed technical drawings and full scope furniture works for this project.

Implementation & Execution

My responsibilities included:

• Preparing all shop drawings for furniture and built-in elements, ensuring full coordination with the design intent and site conditions.

• Supervising the production of high-quality custom furniture pieces, including specially designed fixed and movable elements.

• Overseeing the manufacturing and on-site installation of key architectural-furniture features, notably the acrylic (Corian) columns and the info desk, for which I held full responsibility—from design detailing through to final mounting.

• Coordinating closely with contractors, fabricators, and the design team to ensure seamless integration of the furniture and detailing into the overall architectural scheme.

Scope of Work

• Fixed and Movable Furniture: Design, fabrication, and installation of custom furnishings across public areas.

• Interior Architectural Details: Execution of signature elements such as acrylic (Corian) columns that serve both structural and design functions, and a bespoke information desk as a landmark feature.

• Custom Design Elements: Development and implementation of highly specialized furniture and architectural elements tailored to the building’s concept and visual identity.

By maintaining rigorous control over drawings, production, and site installation, I helped deliver a cohesive, high-end interior environment consistent with the ambitious vision of Khan Shatyr.
