Role:
I served as the Project Manager for this project.

Design:
The design was developed by Leyla Design, a Moldovan architectural firm.

Implementation and Execution:
As Urtekin Architecture, we undertook the implementation and production of the project. This included:

• Preparing all shop drawings and resolving detailed solutions.

• Completing on-site installation and delivering the project.

Scope of Work:

1. Marble Works: Execution of all marble installations with precision and craftsmanship.

2. Underfloor Heating System: Integration and installation of an efficient underfloor heating system.

3. Sauna Room Furniture and Installation: Design, production, and installation of sauna furniture and related mechanical systems.

4. Fixed and Movable Furniture: Design, manufacturing, and installation of all fixed and movable furniture used throughout the residence.

5. Custom Lighting and Electronics Integration: Seamlessly integrating bespoke lighting fixtures and electronic equipment with furniture designs.

6. Metal Works: Fabrication and installation of various metal components required for the project.
