Project Management and Implementation

I served as the Project Manager for this residential renovation project. While the design was developed by KD Design Office, I was responsible for overseeing and executing all implementation phases — from fixed furniture to movable pieces and lighting systems.

Implementation & Execution

• Fixed Furniture: Design, production, and installation of all built-in units, cabinetry systems, shelving, and integrated storage elements.

• Movable Furniture: Selection, production, and placement of loose furniture, including sofas, tables, and decorative elements.

• Lighting Design & Installation: Coordination of the lighting layout, fixture selection, and integration to create a cohesive interior ambiance.

• Shop Drawings & Technical Detailing: Preparation of all detailed technical drawings required for production and site execution.

• On-Site Coordination: Managing and supervising the installation process to ensure design accuracy and flawless execution.

Scope of Work

• Fixed and Movable Furniture: Full design, manufacturing, and installation of all furniture elements within the residence.

• Interior Architectural Details & Lighting: Integration of custom architectural details, decorative finishes, and lighting systems aligned with the project’s aesthetic.

• Complete Renovation Execution: Overseeing the transformation of the entire interior space from its existing condition to a modern, high-quality living environment.

Through detailed supervision and close collaboration with the design team, the A.T House Renovation Project successfully balanced contemporary functionality with refined aesthetics, achieving a harmonious and elegant residential interior.
